How to get a flat stomach

Many people ask the question of how to get a flat stomach. Obviously it is harder for some than others, but there are some pointers on what to do in order to work towards your flat stomach.

In order to reduce the amount of fat around your stomcach, you need to raise your metabolic rate. To do this, you are going to have to exercise for atleast 30 minutes a day.

The best way to keep this up consistantly is to take up a hobby that you enjoy. Perhaps dancing, soccer, or if you want to lern to defend yourself martial arts. Alternatively a quick jog or cycle once a day, or half an hour on the cross trainer at your gym will do the job.

Also working muscles increases your metabolic rate. Try doing some deadlifts or squats.
